Terre di Melazzano – Riscoperto Chianti Classico DOCG

The desire to innovate, by searching only within tradition, has led to conceiving a wine produced entirely naturally without the addition of any chemical additives. The challenge is to revive the wine product which results solely from the pressing of grapes (grown organically), and by a succession of ancestral wine-making processes without the addition of synthetic additives which, if on the one hand facilitate these processes, alter the more regular cycles and behavior of nature. Thus the first Chianti Classico without sulfites was born. Antico Colle – Nobile di Montalcino DOC

Made with a mixture of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The harvest normally takes place in October, once the fruit has reached optimum condition. It is advised to open the wine one hour prior to serving.

Terre di Melazzano – Cantinato Chianti Classico DOCG

In this bottle is a blend of the best Sangiovese, adding at the time of bottling, 10% Merlot and 5% Cabernet, previously aged for one year in oak barrels. The aging process continues for another two years, one in the barrel and the other in the bottle. It has a ruby red color with persistent "arches". Intense flavor with hints of ripe fruit. Taste dry, velvety, slightly tannic. Persistent aftertaste with increasing intensity. To accompany roast meats, game, stews, cheeses, pasta dishes.

Branko – Pinot Grigio DOC

Like many other varieties, Pinot Grigio was imported from France. The grape achieves excellence here and owes Collio much of its fame. This fruit-forward, characterful wine melds very special aromas from fermentation and partial maturation in oak, its initial swagger giving way to more harmonious perceptions that thrill the senses. Sun-dried hay and walnut skin aromas accompany nectarines and confectioner's cream, comparisons that spring instinctively, and very clearly, to mind. The warm, plush mouthfeel with its discreet acidity and pleasing sensation of elegant fullness derives from the fact that at least ten per cent of the wine is conditioned in mid-sized oak casks.
