Alessandro di Camporeale Olive Oil
In the ancient olive groves, together to the younger threes a perfumed and fruity, but not excessively acid, great merit olive oil is produced.
Clear, intense golden-yellow with vivid green glints. Complex and long-lasting notes of the Mediterranean shrubs, tomato and freshly-mown grass, making it harmonious and refined. Velvety flavor, refined and complex, with pleasant vegetable notes of wild cardoon, rosemary, sage and almond. Bitter and spicy, well-balanced and in the right proportions, these taste nuances make
this a sublime oil.

Terre di Melazzano Olive Oil
Oil D.O.P. is made exclusively from olives that groves in the Chianti Classico area.
The production of this oil is made following exhaustively all the stringent regulations contained in the Statute of the Consorzio Chianti Classico, which require the control of perfection olives in every respect, the pressing within 48 hours of collection and the
obligation to filtration product.
The resulting product is an oil completely natural and genuine, characterized by an exquisite fruity flavor with hints of artichoke and fresh grass, pleasantly spicy in the throat.

Villabella Bardolino Chiaretto
Produced with Corvina and Rondinella grapes, from vineyards grown in the hinterland of Lake Garda. Traditionally Chiaretto is obtained by cold maceration of the must on the skins for a single night. Today, part of the must makes just a few hours maceration, in order to obtain a very light color. This wine should preferably be drunk within a year of the vintage. Has a pale pink colour. On the nose, citrus and floral notes accompanied by herbal hints reminiscent of sage. Good acidity and sapidity combined with a youthful fruitiness.

Villabella Ripasso
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from vineyards situated in the Valpolicella Classico area, following the traditional ripasso technique: the wine is kept in contact with the skin (still impregnated with sugar and aromatic components) of the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone. In this way, the resulting gains greater structure and complexity. Intense fruity notes of cherries, dewberries, bilberries and plums, together with suggestions of spices. Dry, with notable structure, it has a rich taste of red fruit and elegant spicy tones, reminiscent of cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
