The desire to innovate, by searching only within tradition, has led to conceiving a wine produced entirely naturally without the addition of any chemical additives. The challenge is to revive the wine product which results solely from the pressing of grapes (grown organically), and by a succession of ancestral wine-making processes without the addition of synthetic additives which, if on the one hand facilitate these processes, alter the more regular cycles and behavior of nature. This product was created with the desire to give a more youthful alternative to the Tuscan red wine. The crystal cherry color contains lighter shades of red. It has a fine aroma, pleasant fruity and floral. The taste is dry, slightly cool but with great personality and persistence.

Antico Colle – Rosso di Montalcino DOC

Made with a mixture of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The harvest normally takes place in October, once the fruit has reached optimum condition. It is advised to open the wine one hour prior to serving. This wine is accompanied well by first courses, roasts, cold meats and cheese/ The color of this wine is an intense ruby red with an aroma of red fruit and berries. With flowery undertones, and a harmonious and very agreeable flavor.
