Alessandro di Camporeale “Kaid” DOC

Ruby red, dark and opaque with violet glints in color. Rich and elegant, with notes of black cherries in alcohol, blackcurrants, cocoa, graphite, humus, roasted coffee, rhubarb, leather, black pepper and cloves which create an intriguing and charming bouquet. Powerful, velvety and confident; Kaid is a particularly territorial and Mediterranean wine which seduces the taster with its unmistakable personality, admirably creating an articulate and full-bodied wine, further benefiting from the lively impulsiveness of its well-balanced tannin content.

Terre di Melazzano – Riscoperto Chianti Classico DOCG

The desire to innovate, by searching only within tradition, has led to conceiving a wine produced entirely naturally without the addition of any chemical additives. The challenge is to revive the wine product which results solely from the pressing of grapes (grown organically), and by a succession of ancestral wine-making processes without the addition of synthetic additives which, if on the one hand facilitate these processes, alter the more regular cycles and behavior of nature. Thus the first Chianti Classico without sulfites was born. Fattoria Giuseppe Savini Riserva Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

The color is deep ruby red with garnet nuances. On the nose, the wine offers hints of red fruit jam (cherry, black cherry), dried flowers, cardamom, and sweet tobacco. On the palate, it is rich and intensely structured with well-integrated tannins and flavors of licorice and marasca cherry that carry through a dry, complex finish. This elegant wine relies on targeted aging in wood to add complexity.

Villabella Ripasso

It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes from vineyards situated in the Valpolicella Classico area, following the traditional ripasso technique: the wine is kept in contact with the skin (still impregnated with sugar and aromatic components) of the dried grapes used for the production of Amarone. In this way, the resulting gains greater structure and complexity. Intense fruity notes of cherries, dewberries, bilberries and plums, together with suggestions of spices. Dry, with notable structure, it has a rich taste of red fruit and elegant spicy tones, reminiscent of cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
